Medical Check-ups for Infants and Pre-Kindergarten Children

Infants and pre-kindergarten children are required to have a medical check-up when they turn 4 months, 10 months, 1 and a half years, 2 and a half years and 3 and a half years old.

Please bring your Mother and Child Health Handbook and a medical questionnaire with you whentaking your kid to the Kusunoki Centre for the routine check-up.
