Medical Care for the Elderly

Medical Care for the Elderly is a type of health care insurance for people at the age of 75 and older. The persons who are eligible for this insurance system will receive their own health insurance cards in the mail. If you show this insurance card at any medical institutions, 90 % of your out-of-packet medical expenses will be covered.

(When the recipients’ income is higher than the certain income bracket, percentage of coverage will be reduced to 70%.)
