High-cost Medical Expense Benefit(高額療養費)

Kougaku Ryouyouhi is a reimbursement available for high medical expenses covered by health insurance. If you know in advance that you will need expensive medical treatment, please contact your health insurance provider to apply for a "Gendogaku Tekiyo Ninteisho" (Copayment Amount Cap Approval Certificate). This certificate allows your out-of-pocket medical expenses to be capped at the medical
