Lump-Sum Childbirth Allowance

A Lump-Sum Childbirth Allowance is provided to help cover childbirth expenses. The lump-sum allowance is paid directly to a medical institution. Procedures can be completed before/after you give birth. An application for this allowance must be completed within two years after the next day of your childbirth
