Koho Hikone:Community Newsletter in English

The community newsletter, Koho Hikone, is a monthly published newsletter with the aim to offer important information to the residents of Hikone.
The newsletter is available in Portuguese, English and Chinese, and you can find the newest issue at Hikone City Hall, the International Lounge Salon, some grocery stores, medical clinics,universities etc. located within Hikone.
