Dog Registration & Rabies Vaccine

When you start to own a dog, you are required to register your dog. (You will be charged for the registration.) When your dog passes away, someone else starts to look after your dog as a new owner, or you move in to a new location with your dog, you are also required to report these changes to the city office (no charge).

  As for the vaccination against rabies, all registered dogs need to be injected with the rabies vaccination once a year (you will be charged for a vaccine.) This vaccine is mandated by the law. For more information, please contact the Living Environment Division.
