Single Parent Families

“Benefits for Single Parents” is a financial support system to empower single parents so that they and their children can thrive. There are certain conditions you have to meet to become eligible, for example:

• A single parent who is raising a child(ren) on his/her own due to divorce.  
• A person who is raising a child(ren) instead of his/her biological single parent. 

Note that the children mentioned here are individuals under 18 years old. If these children have a moderate to severe disability, the allowance will continue until the children turn 20 years old.
