Nursing Care Insurance

The Nursing Care Insurance is designed to offer nursing care services for all the residents of Japan. The Japanese residents will start to pay for this insurance after turning 40 years old.   

  Its services can be divided into two different types: home care and facility-based care.

  Once your application for the nursing care services is accepted by the Nursing Welfare Division, you can receive various services according to the disabilities you have. Note that how much the cost of your nursing care services will be varies depending on the service you receive.
